These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website located at brewtrace.pro (the "Site") and describe certain conditions applicable to services offered by BrewTrace Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202436182M) ("BrewTrace", "we", "us", or "our") at our specialty coffeehouse at 28 Telok Ayer Street, #02-04, Singapore 048420. By accessing the Site or using our in-store services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

1. About BrewTrace

BrewTrace operates a specialty coffeehouse offering espresso, filter coffee, pastries, retail coffee bags, and hosted cupping experiences. We are a food and beverage business — not a brewery, logistics or tracking software provider, medical clinic, or financial institution. Menu items, lot codes, prices, and availability listed on the Site are indicative and may change without notice. Confirm current offerings in-store or by contacting [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to submit enquiries through our contact form or book private tastings involving alcohol-free service agreements. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors visiting our premises. By using the Site, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms under Singapore law.

3. Website use

You may use the Site for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or data;
• Introduce malware, automated scraping bots, or denial-of-service traffic;
• Reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission;
• Submit false, misleading, or spam enquiries through our forms;
• Circumvent security measures including honeypot fields on contact forms;
• Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, lot code naming conventions, photographs, layout, and software — is owned by BrewTrace or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. The name "BrewTrace" and associated branding may not be used without prior written consent. Limited copying for personal reference (such as printing a menu page) is permitted; redistribution or commercial reuse is not.

5. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a contact form or email enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. Cupping sessions, private tastings, and catering orders are confirmed only when we send written acceptance with date, time, and any deposit requirements. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion, including for capacity, staffing, or conduct reasons.

Cancellation policies for paid events will be communicated at booking confirmation. Late arrivals for timed sessions may forfeit seats without refund where stated.

6. In-store conduct

Guests must comply with Singapore law and reasonable house rules while on our premises, including respect for staff and other guests, no smoking indoors, and no unauthorised commercial filming. We may refuse service or ask guests to leave for disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour without refund.

7. Food, beverage, and health notices

Coffee and tea contain caffeine. Pastries may contain allergens including gluten, dairy, tree nuts, soy, and eggs. Allergen information is available on request at the counter — we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation in a shared kitchen environment. Our staff provide hospitality and product information only; they do not provide medical or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional regarding caffeine sensitivity, pregnancy, or dietary conditions.

8. Payments and pricing

In-store prices are displayed in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. We accept card and PayNow; cash is not accepted. Website prices are subject to change. Promotional offers, if any, will include stated terms and expiry dates.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrewTrace disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, BrewTrace and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or in-store services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to BrewTrace for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event, or one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrewTrace from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Third-party services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, map services, or payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms. BrewTrace is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or data practices.

13. Privacy

Personal data collected through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless we agree in writing to alternative dispute resolution.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to in-store service conditions will be communicated at the premises where practicable.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving the parties' intent.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BrewTrace regarding use of the Site, except where separate written terms apply to specific paid events or wholesale contracts signed by both parties.

19. Cupping and event terms

Public cupping sessions and private tastings are confirmed only when BrewTrace sends written acceptance specifying date, time, guest count, and any fee or deposit. Late arrivals for timed sessions may forfeit seats without refund where stated on the confirmation. Guests must follow cupping etiquette — no perfume, minimal talking during scoring, and respect for shared equipment.

Private after-hours tastings for teams require a minimum guest count as quoted at booking. BrewTrace provides lot sheets and guided scoring but does not certify participants as professional cuppers. Alcohol is not served at tasting events unless separately licensed arrangements are agreed in writing.

20. Retail and wholesale

Retail bag sales at the bar are subject to availability and displayed pricing. Defective bags may be exchanged within seven days with receipt if unopened or if defect is apparent on opening. Wholesale and office coffee contracts require separate written agreement covering volume, delivery, payment terms, and returns for transit damage.

21. Lot descriptions and sensory notes

Origin names, process descriptions, and flavour notes on brewtrace.pro and in-store lot sheets reflect honest cupping readings at the time of service. Coffee is an agricultural product — harvest variation, storage, and brew method may shift perceived flavour. We do not guarantee that your home brew will match bar extraction. Lot codes identify specific arrivals, not perpetual product SKUs.

22. Prohibited use of Site content

You may not scrape lot codes or menu data for competitive republication, use BrewTrace branding to imply endorsement of unrelated products, or misrepresent BrewTrace as a brewery, logistics tracker, or medical service. Violations may result in access suspension and legal action where appropriate.

23. Assignment and waiver

BrewTrace may assign these Terms in connection with merger, acquisition, or asset sale provided the assignee honours them. You may not assign your rights without our written consent. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision unless agreed in writing.

24. Survival

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination of your access to the Site.

25. Language

These Terms are published in English (Singapore). If translated versions are provided for convenience, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
